What is the lineage and history of the North American Mystery School?
The lineage held by the Rocky Mountain Mystery School can be traced unbroken to before King Salomon – a history and tradition over 3,000 years old. Indeed it extends far beyond this into antiquity and has been influenced by the ancient Egyptian, Tibetan, and Shamanic Magick and Mysteries. It is said to extend to the dawn of human kind, where the knowledge of God was passed down to humanity from the Garden of Eden. This lineage thus carries with it the authority and keys to hand down initiations, tools, and teachings of empowerment in the physical. The Rocky Mountain Mystery School has opened its doors in North America for all to receive this wisdom in accordance with the new law of the universe, NO MORE SECRETS!
The Rocky Mountain Mystery School teaches the great mysteries and true Magick of the ages, according to the ways of old, while integrating the new energy of today. These teachings have been preserved and handed down in the oral tradition upholding their original wisdom and integrity. This method ensures that the teachings remain pure and true, undistorted by history or individual egos.
While this lineage extends back far beyond King Salomon, we honor his contribution as one of the key founders of the face of today’s Western Mystery Tradition. This is because he was the first one to gather the key initiates, priests, priestesses, shamans, healers, oracles, etc. from all over the world into his famous Temple. Here they studied together for over 20 years, sharing their wisdom and magick. This resulted in the development of the first integrated universal system of true knowledge, metaphysics, and healing, which has since been passed down through the oral tradition known as the Western Mystery path. Included in this universal system are Egyptian Magick, Angelic/Enochian Magick, and Kabbalistic Magick, to name a few.
This lineage was carried forth to modern day by the Templars, Hospitlars, Hermetic Alchemists, Rosecrucians, and the Golden Dawn, an authentic mystery school in the British Isles.
Gudni Gudnason, head teacher of the Rocky Mountain Mystery School, studied with the Golden Dawn for over 15 years, as well as many other mystery schools, masters, and alchemists worldwide. In 1995 he brought this lineage and these teachings to North American under the direction of the Spiritual Hierarchy of Light. The keys to this school were handed down to Gudni by a Native American Shaman, thus creating a full circle in the lineage that ties together the Western Mystery Tradition with some of its originating indigenous roots. According to tradition, key representatives for the indigenous people of North America (Turtle Island) were among the many who gathered in King Salomon’s Temple over 3000 years ago. So these people were the ones who held the keys to the Rocky Mountain Mystery School, located on this continent, for thousands of years. By uniting with the Western Mystery Tradition in 1995, these teachings have now become available to the majority of the population who live on this land. (Prior to 1995, only a full-blooded native could receive the inner teachings and higher initiations from this mystery school.)
